How do I get to The Burroughes?
The Burroughes building is located on the south-east corner of Queen and Bathurst Street, in between Design Republic and CB2. Our convenient location is easily accessible via TTC, bus or car.
Where do I park?
Parking lots are conveniently located blocks away from The Burroughes Building. The closest parking lot is located on Queen and Portland, beneath the Loblaws. For more information on parking locations, visit our “Neighbourhood” tab for a full list.
How do I book an Event?
At The Burroughes, we strive to continue to create a one-on-one relationship to all of our clients. Costs are customized to your full Event details. What’s included when I book the 6th floor?
When you book with us at The Burroughes you will receive full access to the main and east brick room, private suite, fully functional kitchen, service freight elevator for load in/out and access to the rooftop terrace. A Venue Coordinator and Burroughes maintenance staff will be on-site during the duration of your Event to ensure proper execution within the venue.
Can I bring in a vendor other than what’s on your preferred list?
We have a wide range of some of Toronto’s top vendors who work hand in hand together at The Burroughes. As we continue to showcase our flexibility, none of our vendors are exclusive to us (with the exception of Chairman Mills Rentals and Sentinel Security Plus). We do allow clients to bring in their own caterers however, a higher landmark fee will be applied. Contact us today to see our full list of Preferred Vendors.
Do you provide One-Stop-Shop Services?
The Burroughes venue is very flexible, not only with the space but with the full process of the Event. As an option, we offer client’s with our One-Stop-Shop service where our Venue Coordinators can assist in the planning process of your booking such as: bar packages, obtaining general insurance, special occasions permit, security, rentals, catering and more.
